Sebastian Ruthenberg
Since the year 2006 Sebastian Ruthenberg has been playing poker on professional basis. He completed his studies and became an IT specialist after which he started trying his luck on Poker. Besides Playing poker, he likes to play billiards, party with friends, or watch U.S.A. television show.
Ruthenberg won his first World Series of Poker (WSOP) Bracelet in the Seven Card Stud Hi-Low Championship event. When he participated in the European Poker Tour (EPT), he crossed heads up against Irishman Fintan Gavin and won the PokerStars EPT Title and an impressive €1,361,000 for the 1st place victory.
Ruthenberg held the clear chip lead going into the final battle, and dominated through as it took only three hands emerge triumphant. Over the 5-day Poker Stars EPT Barcelona event, Ruthenberg proved his incredible proficiency for the game of poker. Though his first two days of play went fabulously well, on the third day of competition, he found himself short stacked and aiming for the rails. It was a slow and tedious recovering, but Ruthenberg regained his position and continued to dominate the tables form there on out.
